  • Professional and friendly staff
  • Takes sufficient time with patients

Common complaints

  • Long wait times for appointments
  • Lack of communication regarding delays

"Dr. Long was very personable and took time to listen as well as explain my possible condition. He was with me for almost an hour. I have been to out of town urologists before and no one has been this thorough."

— Andalusia Health Patient Review

"Waited a month for appointment at 10:15. Left at 12:30, office empty, no explanation or communication. A decent dr should at least keep his appointment or explain the problem."
