How do I make an appointment?

Call the Appointment Line at 1-888-683-2778. Call the front desk at 808-448-6291 or stop by the clinic to schedule an appointment. You can also use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal, though 15th MDG Pediatrics does not yet have patient portal booking capabilities; you can send a message to request an appointment, and we’ll call you within 72 hours to schedule.

Do you offer same-day urgent care or walk-ins?

We don’t have urgent care capabilities. Same-day appointments may not be available; seek the nearest urgent care/ER if needed.

Are well child visits scheduled separately from sick visits?

Yes, well children are scheduled in the morning and sick children in the afternoon to reduce potential infection spread.

Can you complete annual sports physicals?

Yes, during well child visits.

Where can I drop off paperwork after a well child visit?

Please drop it off at the front desk or send it via the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

How do I update my primary care manager?

Call 808-448-6125 to update your PCP.
