"Located in Palm Beach County, Florida, Dr. Kevin Palmer DPM is the only doctor I found who preforms a minimally invasive procedure which has permanently relived this pain. ... Some doctors actually remove a nerve being affected by the source of inflammation (neuroma). Dr. Palmer likens his procedure to carpel tunnel. If that means something to you, your ahead of the game. Suffice it to say Dr. Palmer is worth paying a visit to see if this procedure is for you."
