Common complaints
- Unwelcoming front desk/office manager communication
- Difficulty scheduling appointments
- Perceived lack of care or time from the dentist
- Policies regarding 'no-show' fees
"Very frustrating. Been using this dentist for 2 years and honestly never was great. The front desk office manager is the worst. Not once have I called in and have her sound welcoming. Any need you have is an inconvenience to her. They will also put on a $50 no show fee even if you reschedule days in advance. The dentist gives you less than a minute of his time and never seems to care about getting to know you or showing gratitude that you are a patient"
— David B. (Yelp/Healthgrades review)"I really like going here. They treat me with care and respect. It's super clean, the TV in the ceiling... Hygienist and dentist were personable and did a great job explaining what they were doing at each part of the process."
