Common complaints
- While largely positive, some patients may feel the association with a retail store (Costco) impacts their initial expectations, though reviews consistently note this is not an issue for quality of care.
"The eye doctors at this location are THE BEST! If you want an eye exam that is through and accurate, this is it. Don't let the center being in Costco fool you, these doctors are real eye doctors..."
— Yelp/MapQuest review"I had a very positive experience here. I was in and out for a full eye exam in about 30 minutes but I definitely didn't feel like I was being rushed."
