"Just yesterday had a 10 o'clock appointment for Lab work walked in 9:40 at 10:39 i ask how much longer will be i was told 5 mins 15 minutes later I'm call back,9 people came after me were call back right away . It's like this ever time, I don't feel like the staff care for my health."
