Common complaints
- Some clients may express stress regarding the prognosis or potential lack of success for certain treatments
"The staff was so kind and friendly and the vet really took her time explaining everything to us and gave us the costs as we went along with diagnosing and treatment... I was worried that this would be very expensive and it really is reasonable! The facility is so clean too!"
— Nicole Lawler (Patient Review)"The whole process was easy. I joined the virtual waiting room and had a tech calling me back within 5 min. Everyone was so patient... They helped our fur babies paw for a fraction of the price of going to the ER!"
