Common complaints

Some patients report difficulty reaching the office via phone or receiving returned calls.

"Gus is a fantastic chiropractor :professional, patient, attentive, intelligent, and skilled. I’ve had other chiropractors in the past and it wasn’t comparable . Thanks for everything you do !"

— Birdeye review

"While I appreciate Dr. Cleaveland’s quick responses, the office does not always answer the phone or return calls. This is definitely an area for growth, but not a reason for me not to return."
